Almost Kuhio Grille: Creamy Dressing

Creamy Dressing

     1 c mayonnaise
     1/4 c cubed onion
     2 tbsp red wine vinegar
     1 tbsp sugar
     1/4 tsp salt
     1/4 tsp garlic powder
     1/16 tsp black pepper

Blend all ingredients until smooth.  Chill 2 hours before serving.
