coffee mochi

Coffee Mochi

1/2 c butter
1 lb mochiko
2 1/2 c sugar
1 t baking powder
2 c coffee (brewed)
1 c half-and-half
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Melt butter, cool.  Combine mochiko, sugar, and baking powder.  Combine remaining ingredients and stir into ochiko mixture; mix well.  Pour into 9 x 13" pan.  Bake for 1 hour.  Cool
